Due to the nature of supplements and ingestible health products, Nature’s MenoRenaissance cannot accept returns on opened products for safety and quality reasons.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original manufacturer-sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery so the issue can be resolved. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
